In order to join NTT DTATA Myanmar do I need to have experience? Is it eligible for inexperienced people? |

Even inexperienced people can have job opportunities. Anybody who has basic programming knowledge are eligible to apply job. |

Which Language is required? |

Those who have English Intermediate Level and Japanese Language skill is more convenient to join the Company. |

Is Japanese language is essential to have? Can I apply the job if I don’t have Japanese language skill? |

Japanese language skill is required based on the applied position. Although you are unskillful in Japanese language, you must have interested in and enthusiastic in learning. In the Company Japanese lecturer and Myanmar lecturer are teaching by classifying the level. |

How many interview do I need to take? |

Interview will be at least two steps as first interview and second interview. Number of total interview will be different based on applied position. |

Which language can we use at interview? |

Mostly English or Myanmar. Sometimes applicants have to speak in Japanese according to applied position. |

What kind of assessment test do I have to sit? |
| A. |
Technical knowledge of Java, Database, and Logical thinking for assessment test to apply system development position. For other positions, it needs to take assessment test based on the applied position. |

How can we know the result of written test and interview? |

The results of both written test and interview will be informed to candidates via email. |

What kind of training will be provided after joining the Company? |
| A. |
According to the required skills of employee or project, Technology, Language, Management training and other trainings will be provided after joining the Company. |

Is there any business trip to oversea? |
| A. |
According to the requirements of the projects and skill improvement for technical and management, company dispatch the staff to domestic and oversea business trip. Generally oversea business trips to Japan, China, Vietnam, Thai, Malaysia, India and etc. Till now already dispatched over 200 staffs to those countries for over 400 times. |

What are the other incentives apart from salary? |

Apart from the salary, other incentives such as Transportation allowance, Technical certification allowance, Japanese language allowance, Accommodation allowance, etc. can be enjoyed. However, there are some limitation rules for accommodation allowance. |

Please let me know working hour of your company. |
| A. |
Working hour is 8 AM to 5 PM, Lunch time is 12 PM to 1 PM. If you have overtime-working you can benefit overtime payment. |
